aqueous humor

Physiology: - aqueous fluid that fills the anterior chamber & posterior chamber of the eye - aqueous humor is secreted by the ciliary body within the posterior chambers of the eye, passes through the pupil into the anterior chamber - it is filtered through the trabecular meshwork into the canal of Schlemm at the iridocorneal angle & drains into the scleral veins.
