Procedure: - cytapheresis removes cellular constituents - plasmapheresis removes plasma returning cellular constituents - photopheresis irradiates cellular constituents ex vivo - selective LDL cholesterol removal for familial hypercholesterolemia [1] Management: - stop ACE inhibitor 24 hours before elective apheresis [1]
