d) quinolones
4) bleeding secondary to coagulopathy associated with:
a) anti-Pseudomonal penicillins
b) some cephalosporins
1] cefmetazole
2] cefotetan
3] cefoperazone
4] cefamandole
c) prophylactic vitamin K may be useful in malnourished patients receiving parenteral nutrition
