Indications: - treatment of Zaire Ebolavirus Dosage: 400 mg injection Adverse effects: - most common: - fever, tachycardia, diarrhea, vomiting, hypotension, tachypnea (these are also common symptoms of Ebolavirus infection) Mechanism of action: - binds to a region of the Ebola virus envelope glycoprotein that binds to its human receptor NPC1
