Indications: - postoperative nausea & vomiting (Barhemsys) - schizophrenia - acute psychosis Dosage: - 2 ML Amisulpride 2.5 MG/ML Injection (nausea/vomiting) - oral or IM at higher doses for schizophrenia or acute psychosis Adverse effecs: - hyperprolactinemia - tardive dyskinesia (relatively low risk) Mechanism of action: - presumptive dopamine D2 receptor antagonist
