Indications:
- urogenital oe rectal gonorrhea
Contraindications:
- only 50-80% effective for treatment of pharyngeal gonorrhea
Dosage:
- single oral dose 2-3 g of zoliflodacin
Adverse effects:
- gastrointestinal events

- DNA gyrase/topoisomerase inhibitor
