Allergic response to light or heat.
Clinical manifestations:
1) lacrimation
2) photophobia
3) pruritus
4) recurrence in warm weather
5) conjunctival injection
6) mucoid secretion
7) hard, flattened papillae with furrows on palpebral conjunctiva may be present
