Indications: - irinotecan (in doses >150 mg/m2) - history of irinotecan sensitivity - *neutropenia while receiving irinotecan - patient suspected to have Gilbert syndrome - prescription of atazanavir Clinical significance: - 2 decreased function UGT1A1 alleles may be associated with jaundice in patients prescribed atazanavir [3] - neutropenia while receiving irinotecan Laboratory: - see ARUP [1] & ARUP consult [2]
