A small wave on ECG following the T wave, best seen in leads V2 & V3. Clinical significance: same polarity as T wave 1) digitalis 2) quinidine 3) hypokalemia 4) thyrotoxicosis 5) epinephrine opposite polarity as T wave 1) left anterior descending coronary artery stenosis 2) left main coronary artery stenosis
