Pathology: - a rounded nodule of cartilage, the size of a grain of wheat, occasionally present in the posterior margin of the lateral thyrohyoid ligament Clinical manifestations: - may sometimes cause dysphagia & neck pain Differential diagnosis: - clicking larynx - Eagle syndrome - hyoid bone syndrome
