Genetics: autosomal recessive
Clinical manifestations:
1) radial aplasia or hypoplasia
2) atrial septal defect
3) tetralogy of Fallot
4) symptomatic in infancy, but later improves
5) renal anomalies
Laboratory: thrombocytopenia
