Indications: - androgen replacement therapy for andropause Dosage: 1) Androderm a) 2 mg or 4 mg patch QD [1] b) place on back, abdomen, thighs or upper arms c) rotate patch site d) allow 7 days before re-application to same area 2) Testoderm a) place patch on clean, dry, shaved scrotal area QD b) start with 6 mg/day system
