- atopic dermatitis

Dosage:
- apply topically once daily
Cream 1%
Adverse effects:
- folliculitis, nasopharyngitis, contact dermatitis, headache, pruritus, influenza
Mechanism of action:
- aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR)-modulating agent
- down-regulation of proinflammatory cytokines, including IL-17
- regulates skin barrier protein expression
- promotes skin barrier normalization
