Clinical manifestations: - bitemporal hemianopia - headache Radiology: - MRI neuroimaging with gadolinium contrast (renal function CKD3 or better) [1] Management: - initial management of prolactinoma with suprasellar extension & compression against the optic chiasm is dopamine agonist therapy - carbergoline 0.25 mg twice weekly
