stress testing & imaging findings associated with poor prognosis

Indicators of poor prognosis: 1) angina or ischemic ST response a) < 6 METS (Bruce protocol) b) heart rate < 120/min c) double product < 200 2) 2mm or greater ST segment depression with normal resting ECG 3) any ST segment elevation with normal resting ECG 4) ST segment depression peristing more than 6 minutes into recovery 5) exercise-induced hypotension 6) exercise-induced ventricular couplets with ST segment depression or ventricular tachycardia 7) reversible wall motion or perfusion defects in a large area involving distribution of 2 or more coronary arteries 8) resting left ventricular ejection fraction of <45% 9) increased lung/heart uptake of Th-201 planar imaging
