Epidemiology: - rare Clinical manifestations: - irregular, pigmented, ulcerated lesion on nail bed distal to yellowish broken nail (case presentation) [1] - lack of responsiveness to antibiotics Laboratory: - incisional biopsy Radiology: - chest x-ray - technetium-99m bone scan to r/o metastases Differential diagnosis: - psoriasis - verruca vulgaris - paronychia - onychomycosis Management: - surgical excision
