Pathology:
- injury from underwater explosions
a) diminish with distance from explosion
b) increase with depth of the victim
c) lungs & intestines suffer most injury
d) least injuring with floating horizontally on surface
- mild traumatic brain injury (shell shock) results in axonal injury
