Indications: - sclerosing agent used for obliteration of varicose veins Dosage: - 50-250 mg by injection depending upon size of the vein - 12.5-50 mg injected into a varicosity 24 hours before administration of a large dose to determine sensitivity Injection: 5% Contraindications: - not for use with significant valvular or deep vein incompetence
