Etiology: - occurs in Muir-Torre syndrome - associated with tuberous sclerosis Clinical manifestations: - patients with tuberous sclerosis have numerous pink or skin-colored papules clustered around the nose & chin - patients without tuberous sclerosis may have 1 or several fibrous papules on the nose & central face Differential diagnosis: - sebaceous hyperplasia - acnes
