Indications: - cirrhosis Laboratory: - screening for hepatocellular carcinoma with serum alpha-fetoprotein is not recommended because of poor sensitivity & specificity (may be used in conjunction with abdominal ultrasound for screening) Radiology: - abdominal ultrasound
