Etiology:
- multiple sclerosis
- stroke
- traumatic brain injury
Pathology:
- aberrations in cerebellar outflow
Radiology:
- MRI neuroimaging reveal focal lesion [1]
Clinical manifestations:
- coarse proximal tremor present at rest
- tremor worse with movement, posturing
- large amplitude proximal tremors in 'wing beating' position (elbows flexed)
- interferes with eating, typing & writing [1]
