round cell liposarcoma
poorly differentiated myxoid liposarcoma. aggressive clinical course, tendency to metastasize.
Microscopic pathology:
1) proliferation of small uniformly shaped round cells with vesicular nuclei
2) intracellular lipid rare
3) little intercellular mucoid matrix
4) less prominant vascular network.
