retrograde cricopharyngeus dysfunction; abelchia; no-burp syndrome
Clinical maanifestations:
- inability to belch
- bloating
- chest pain that goes away with a fart
- gurgling in the neck & chest
- excessive flatulence
Management:
- Botox injection: 50-100 units into the upper cricopharyngeal muscle
