Etiology:
- occurs when a causative agent (chemotherapy) is introduced
Clinical manifestations:
- inflammatory skin reaction (dermatitis, eczema) occurs at the site of previous radiation therapy
- generally occurs with the first dose of the causative agent (chemotherapy) is introduced
