Epidemiology: - rare [1], not rare [2] - women age 18-86 years, mostly premenopausal & perimenopausal Pathology: - benign mesenchymal proliferative lesion of the breast Radiology: - no distinguishing feature(s) Management: - PASH without symptoms should not be routinely excised [5] - conservative surgery for larger (prsumptively symptomatic) masses [1]
