Clinical manifestations:
- +/- Fanconi syndrome
Laboratory:
- basic metabolic panel
- normal anion gap
- hyperchloremic renal tubular acidosis
- serum phosphorus: hypophosphatemia
- urinalysis & urine chemistries
- urine glucose: glucosuria
- urine amino acids: aminoaciduria
- serum uric acid: hypouricemia
- renal biopsy [1]
