Etiology:
- Legionella infection
Clinical manifestations:
- self-limited, 2-5 days of illness
- fever
- myalgias
- headache
- malaise
- cough
- coryza
Laboratory:
- urine Legionella antigen testing may be positive
- serology
Management:
- treatment is supportive
