Poland syndrome

Etiology: - idiopathic Epidemiology: - rare Clinical manifestations: - unilateral absence or underdevelopment of chest-wall muscles & limb abnormalities, including syndactyly or brachydactyly - case of absent right pectoralis major & brachydactyly of the right hand (case with report with images) [1] - muscle strenth intact * images [1] Management: - plastic surgery be of benefit - physical therapy may improve functionality
