Sun-damaged skin (dermatoheliosis) of the lateral cheek & neck.
Epidemiology: common in middle-aged women
Clinical manifestations:
1) hyperpigmentation
2) hypopigmentation
3) epidermal atrophy
4) telangiectasias
5) the sun-protected area behind the ear is generally normal
