pluripotential stem cell

Primordial stem cells derived from totipotential stem cells of the embryonic morula, first appear as embryonic stems cells of the blastocyst. Pluripotential stem cells can differentiate into cells of any of the 3 germ layers: endoderm, ectoderm, mesoderm. Mesenchymal stem cells are the most prominent pluripotent cell in developing embryos. Pluripotential stem cells are inducible from differentiated cells (fibroblasts) [2] (see induced pluripotential stem cell) A cylindrical structure seeded with pluripotential stem cells & exposed to growth factors produced small cylinders of intestinal epithelium & mesenchyme [5] Also see stem cell
