Rounded silver-staining cytoplasmic inclusion in neurons in Pick's disease mostly, also corticobasal degeneration & some cases of FTDP-17. Components of Pick bodies include
1) microtubule-associated protein tau
2) ubiquitin
3) alpha B crystallin
