echothiophate iodide (Phospholine iodide)

Tradename: Phospholine iodide. Indications: - open-angle glaucoma - esotropia [3] Dosage: - 1 drop OU BID-TID. Solution: 0.03%, 0.06%, 0.125%, 0.25% (5 mL). Adverse effects: 1) not common (1-10%) - stinging, burning, myopia, blurred vision 2) uncomon (< 1%) - bradycardia, hypotension, flushing, dyspnea, retinal detachment, diaphoresis, muscle weakness, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, browache, miosis, eyelid twitching, watery eyes
