Indications:
- evaluation of myocardial ischemia
Procedure:
- computed reconstruction of images obtained from myocardial tissue uptake of Tl-201 or Tc-99
- gating & correction for attenuation with Tc-99
- late perfusion imaging to evaluate myocardial viability with Tl-201
Adverse effects:
- radiation exposure
