Indications: - significant left main vessel disease - 3-vessel disease with stable angina - 2 vessel disease with proximal left anterior descending artery stenosis, stable angina, & either LVEF < 50% or myocardial ischemia on noninvasive stress testing - acute coronary syndrome - acute ST-segment myocardial infarction
