Indications: - advanced urogenital malignancy - advanced colorectal cancer Procedure: - radical resection of all organs from the pelvic cavity, including urinary bladder, urethra, rectum, & anus - in women, the vagina, cervix, uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, +/- vulva are removed - in men, the prostate is removed

pelvic exenteration for vesical, prostatic or urethral malignancy pelvic exenteration with proctectomy for colorectal cancer
