Peanut IgE Ab in seruml serum peanut IgE
Clinical significance:
- if serum peanut IgE < 0.35 kU/L child may try peanut at home after trying a few other solid foods
- if serum peanut IgE > 0.35 kU/L, child should be evaluated by a specialist for allergen skin testing [2]
