PDZ (PSD-95 post-synaptic density protein, Discs large, Zona occludens tight junction protein) recognition motif

C-terminal motif of glutamate receptor epsilon subunits. This motif binds to PDZ domains of scaffold proteins. The consensus sequence is [E/Q][S/T]XV.
