Indications: - evaulation for subarachnoid hemorrhage Procedure: - age >= 40 years - neck pain or stiffness with limited neck flexion on examination - witnessed loss of consciousness, or onset during exertion - thunderclap headache * Ottawa SAH rule sensitivity 100% with specificity 14% [2]
