Indications: - vitreomacular traction in adults, only if: - an epiretinal membrane is not present & - stage 2 full-thickness macular hole with diameter <= 400 uM &/or - severe symptoms [NGC (NICE)] Mechanism of action: - recombinant truncated form of human plasmin
