Etiology:
- posterior fossa lesion [1]
- rheumatoid arthritis with cervical spine instability; C1, C2 subluxation [2]
Clinical manifestations:
- dysmetria from posterior fossa lesion
- myelopathy from cervical vertebral subluxation
- arm paresthesia, hyperreflexia
- increased risk of intubation
Radiology:
- neuroimaging: brain MRI
