Procedure:
- focal neurologic deficit present
- midline spinal tenderness present
- altered level of consciousness present
- intoxication present
- dstracting injury present
Clinical significance:
- if score is 0 (none of the 5 features present), the C-spine is clear & imaging is unnecessary [1]
