Indications:
- penile deformity
- Peyronie's disease
Procedure:
- shortens the side of the penis that doesn't have scar tissue
- an injection of a saltwater solution delivers a drug to create an erection
- the outer skin of the penis is pulled back
- the penis is straightened, & the excess tissue on the outer side of the curvature is either removed
- the penis is usually somewhat shorter after this procedure
