Indications: - obstructive uropathy - retroperitoneal tumors - ovarian tumors - urinary calculus - ureteral stricture after vascular surgery - used to gain access to the upper urinary tract for various antegrade urologic procedures - intracorporeal lithotripsy or chemical stone dissolution for urinary calculus Procedure: - establishment of a connection between the collecting tubules of the kidney through the renal parenchyma with the exterior of the body. - percutaneous placement - open surgery
