Indications: - bacterial infection with Neisseria gonorrhoeae (gonorrhea) Specimen: 1) genital discharge 2) body fluid 3) endocervical tissue - self-collected vulvovaginal swabs at least as accurate as clinician-collected endocervical swabs [7] 4) store body fluids at 4 degrees C 5) store tissue at -20 degrees C or below
