Indications:
1) treatment of strabismus & blepharospasm associated with dystonia
2) spasticity resulting from cerebral palsy
3) focal dystonias
4) spasticity in the flexor muscles of the elbow, wrist, & fingers in adults
5) sialorrhea from cerebral palsy
6) hyperhidrosis
7) for use by or in consultation with neurologist, psychiatrist, ophthalmologist, head & neck surgeon
8) neuropathic pain ?
