Indications:
-> growth hormone deficiency in the elderly
Dosage: 25 mg PO QD
Adverse effects:
1) growth hormone side effects prominent
2) increased prolactin
3) increased ACTH
Mechanism of action:
1) induces growth hormone secretion
2) minimally effective
