Epidemiology: - uncommon Pathology: - mesenchymal dysplasia - sclerosing bone Clinical manifestations: - usually asymptomatic - most common presentation is joint contracture or arthralgia Radiology: - incidental finding on radiographs obtained for another purpose - characteristic dripping wax or flowing candle wax appearance
