Epidemiology: - less frequent that ductal breast carcinoma (< 30%) Pathology: - orignates in milk-producing lobules of the breast Clinical manifestations: - more frequently multifocal & bilateral - typically won't feel a distinct, firm lump but rather a fullness or area of thickening Laboratory: - see lobular carcinoma in-situ (LCIS) Complications: - see lobular carcinoma in-situ (LCIS) Management: - see lobular carcinoma in-situ (LCIS)
