Function: - bound directly to the kinase domain of integrin-linked kinase (ILK) near the active site, strongly activated ILK kinase activity Structure: contains 1 LIM Zn+2-binding domain Expression: overexpressed in metastatic lesions but absent in the matched primary tumor Pathology: - may play a role in metastasis via activation of ILK
