Indications: - Legionellosis - Legionnaire's disease Specimen: 1) source a) pleural fluid b) lung tissue (biopsy) c) bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) d) bronchial biopsy 2) minimum volume: a) 1 mL of fluid b) any size of tissue (preferably > 0.5 g) Notes: - rapid transport to the laboratory is required
